What is a digital ID and what is it used for?
The digital ID (DNIe) is a document issued by the Directorate General of Police that is used to electronically and unequivocally accredit a holder’s identity. It allows you to legally sign electronic documents.
It includes all of the digital ID data and incorporates a small chip that is able to keep and process information in a completely secure way.
To use your digital ID in your dealings with Endesa, you must have the following installed on your computer:
- A card reader suitable for reading a digital ID.
- The software provided by the Directorate General of Police.
- A web browser that is compatible with the prior software.
To enter your Private Area, you just need to click on this link and type in your access key. With a single click, you will have access to all of your data.

Comparison of Electricity and Gas Tariffs
You don't need to adapt to Endesa's tariffs because they adapt to you. If you go to our catalogue you can compare the different tariffs for yourself. Or if you prefer, you can answer a few questions about your consumption habits and we will take care of comparing all the different electricity and gas tariffs and then make a customised recommendation.
