Whenever there is a breakdown in your home, you can contact the 360 Plus Protection technical service and we will fix it. To this end, a freephone number is available to request assistance, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year: 900 85 86 85.

Protection 360 Plus includes an electrical breakdown service, with technical assistance in the home in less than 3 hours if the breakdown is urgent or in a maximum of 48 working hours if the breakdown is not urgent. In either case, travel and the first 3 hours of labour are included in the service. In exceptional circumstances, when the repair time exceeds 3 hours or parts are required, we will provide a free quote in advance.

Access to a professional from the Endesa Network, subject to strict quality controls, who will repair electrical breakdowns in the home, as well as flexibility when it comes to arranging the visit.

The protection also offers an in-home repair service: for household appliances (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, cooker hoods, dishwashers, ceramic hobs, electric cookers and electric ovens), locksmith service, plumbing and glassware. Coverage is up to €500 for each intervention with a commitment to providing assistance within 48 hours from the call. The limit of use is two in-home repair interventions per year.

Furthermore, Protection 360 Plus includes, at no additional cost, insurance to protect electricity bill payments* arranged with the insurer Quantum Leben. (*) This insurance cover and the right to receive benefits from it are conditional upon the Customer contracting and having a current electricity supply with Endesa Energía, S.A.U. at the same address as where the service is provided.

(**) To request payment of compensation, the customer must submit the corresponding electricity supply bills, contracted with Endesa Energía S.A.U.

A maximum of 12 monthly supply bills/6 bi-monthly bills per claim per year will be allowed. For monthly bills, a maximum amount of 37.50 euros (80 euros for the self-employed) will be covered. For bi-monthly bills, a maximum amount of 75 euros (160 euros for the self-employed) will be covered.

The contract's duration is one year and it is automatically extended each year. However, both the Customer and Endesa may terminate the contract by means of written communication at least one month before the end date.

The service will be billed by Endesa X on a monthly or annual basis as agreed. If you have arranged several services for the same address, they will all appear broken down in a single Endesa X invoice.

Furthermore, if you have arranged the supply of electricity or gas with Endesa Energía at the same address, the utility bill will be included in the same document as the energy bill and both amounts (services and energy) will be charged jointly to your account. The billing frequency in this case will be the frequency established in the energy contract.
