Protection 360 Plus includes an electrical breakdown service, with technical assistance in the home in less than 3 hours if the breakdown is urgent or in a maximum of 48 working hours if the breakdown is not urgent. In either case, travel and the first 3 hours of labour are included in the service. In exceptional circumstances, when the repair time exceeds 3 hours or parts are required, we will provide a free quote in advance.
Access to a professional from the Endesa Network, subject to strict quality controls, who will repair electrical breakdowns in the home, as well as flexibility when it comes to arranging the visit.
The protection also offers an in-home repair service: for household appliances (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, cooker hoods, dishwashers, ceramic hobs, electric cookers and electric ovens), locksmith service, plumbing and glassware. Coverage is up to €500 for each intervention with a commitment to providing assistance within 48 hours from the call. The limit of use is two in-home repair interventions per year.
