1. Use your username and password to log in to the Endesa App.
2. Once you have logged in, go to the "Procedures" section, located in the main menu.
3. Select the "Configure Alerts" option.
4. In this section you can easily configure the alerts you would like to receive on your mobile phone:
- Alerts when receiving new invoices.
- If there has been consumption in the house.
- And our customised recommendations just for you.
5. To receive alerts about your new invoices, you just need to activate the service by sliding the button and save the changes. Please remember that to be able to receive these notifications you need to have activated digital invoicing.
6. To activate notifications with regard to consumption in your home, you just need to select the corresponding option. To receive an alert when exceeding a certain level of consumption, indicate the kWh you consider appropriate and save the changes.
7. To activate notifications with regard to our customised recommendations, just slide the button. We will notify you when there are offers that may be of interest to you depending on your consumption and any new information with regard to your energy.
8. Once you are ready, always remember to save the changes so that they will be activated correctly.
