Fixed quota with no schedules

How do we calculate your quota?
We base it on your consumption history to calculate a fixed quota that is just right for you.
What happens if you consume too much?
If your energy consumption exceeds what we have calculated for your annual consumption by more than 30%, we will contact you to recalculate your quota in accordance with your new needs.
No minimum duration
You can cancel whenever you want.

The price may be updated on 1 January each year by the value of the actual CPI (last General Year-on-Year Consumer Price Index officially published at the time of the update), as well as for variations in the current regulated components that apply to electricity supplies and with possible new changes that may be approved by regulation.
In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website (https://www.ine.es/). The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2024 was 2.4%, the year-on-year CPI for November 2023 was 3.2%; for November 2022, it was 6.8%; for November 2021, it was 5.5%; for November 2020, it was -0.8%; and for November 2019, it was 0.4%.
Any changes in the regulated components applicable in the contract (upwards or downwards) will be transferred to the customer. These modifications are regulated, they are totally beyond Endesa's control and apply equally throughout Spain and to all companies.
The price for Única may also be reviewed in accordance with the commitment to responsible consumption that this tariff involves.
The price will also be reviewed after the contract's initial commitment period. If there were any changes, we would let you know one month in advance. Always remember that at any time you can terminate the contract or contract another tariff from Endesa or any other company without penalty.
You can subscribe to Endesa's Única Luz tariff regardless of whether you are already an Endesa customer or not. If you are already an Endesa customer, you can switch to the Única tariff. If not, you can change providers and sign up. In either case, we will reimburse you the value of a fee through the PARA TI loyalty programme.
If you are a new Endesa customer, you can earn €100 (equivalent to 10,000 points in the PARA TI loyalty program) for signing up for electricity, €60 (equivalent to 6,000 points) for signing up for gas, and €160 for both electricity and gas. If you have other properties and their supply contracts are with another company, you can also sign up and take advantage of this promotion.
You just need to switch to Endesa. You will receive your balance in the form of points within PARA TI, which you can redeem each month for savings on your bills. "PARA TI" is Endesa's loyalty program where, in addition to this benefit, you will find advantages with partner companies and access to exclusive raffles. Register within a maximum period of 1 month from the activation of your supply to take advantage of the offer.
Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with the promotional code for your reward and instructions on how to validate it correctly. You will need to validate this code within the PARA TI program, in the 'Promotional Codes' section, under 'Earn Points'. Don't forget to download the Endesa Clientes app and register for the PARA TI program.
Once you have validated the code within the PARA TI program, you will receive the points in your wallet. You can redeem them month by month from the 'Redeem Points' section. From here, you can select the voucher (only one, among those available) with the discount you wish to apply to your next bill (maximum €20 per month) and apply it to any of the supplies you have contracted.
If you have a solar panel installation with a self-consumption tariff activated, you will not be able to sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa we have the Endesa Solar available, which is designed especially for you.
