If you are considering cancelling a service or repair service, here is an explanation of how to do it.
1. What are the consequences of cancelling?
Remember that when you cancel the service or repair service, you will lose several benefits:

- Permanent assistance: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Urgent repairs for most services within three hours.
- Call out charges and three hours of labour are included.
- Savings. Regular inspections enable you to extend the useful life of your equipment, which will work optimally and as efficiently as possible. This will help to save on your energy consumption.
- And our Gas Services will enable you to comply with current regulations on gas installations (R.D. 919/2006) and Thermal Installations in Buildings (R.D. 1027/2007) which requires you by law to make an inspection of the gas installation and equipment every two years.
2. How long does it take for the cancellation to become effective?
The contract for services and repairs is annual, regardless of the instalment schedule.
- Immediate cancellation: if you have not used the service during the current annual period, cancellation will be immediate.
- Scheduled cancellation: If you have used the service during the current annual contract, we will schedule the cancellation to be executed the same day that the contract expires. You can continue to enjoy the service until then.
3. Who can request cancellation?
Only the contract holder can request a cancellation.
