Signing Up Online Step-By-Step
You can change your gas or electricity supplier completely free of charge and with total confidence. Your gas or electricity will never be cut off during the switch.
It's important not to confuse changing your supplier (the company you have a contract with and which sends you your bills) with arranging a new connection. You only have to apply for a new connection when your home or business isn't already connected to the gas or electricity supply (because it is a new building or because it was cut off for some reason).
Switching suppliers is quick and easy. If you’ve decided to get your gas or electricity from Endesa, the first thing you need to do is find out about our tariffs and choose the one that meets your needs.
Remember, get in touch with us through the various Customer Service channels if you need any advice.
What documentation do you need to change marketer?
You don't need to worry about anything else, as we'll take care of all the paperwork to complete the switch free of charge and without your gas or electricity supply being cut off even for a day.
If what you want is to register a supply because you don't have electricity, check this article on how to apply for a new electricity connection.
Here's a step-by-step run-through of the application form
Tell us whether or not you're already an Endesa customer. If you are, enter your log-in information and your details will be pre-loaded, speeding up the process. If you aren't an Endesa customer, tell us and enter your details.
Give us your personal and contact details so we can continue with the application.
Set up a standing order for your bills. You can associate your new contract with a bank account that we already have on our system or provide us with a new one. Once you have entered the payment details, a message will appear and we will send you an email confirming we have successfully received your application.
You can access all the details of the application from this email, and check its current status in your Customer Area.
