Authorising third parties to use your Endesa Customer Area
Endesa allows you to authorise third parties to access your Customer Area, view information and do online formalities. Sometimes it is useful to share your customer area with family members or in landlord/tenant situations.
Endesa now allows you to decide how to control your energy. We give you the key to your Customer Area so that you can decide who can enter, while ensuring that your personal data is safe.
Share your energy
Endesa groups all your energy into one account with one username and password. You can check what you use and when you use it in your Customer Area, and carry out online formalities quickly and simply.
If you prefer, you need not give anyone else access to your Customer Area. However, if you wish you can authorise third parties to view, download and even pay your bills.
This is particularly useful if:
- you would like to involve other members of your householdin the energy efficiency challenge: understanding how we consume to start saving.
- in landlord/tenant relationships: so that both parties can be informed about bills as they are issued.
The third parties you authorise will also be able to see all the contract details and any queries/claims, and submit gas meter readings.
To authorise another user, simply go to the "Management" section in your Customer Area and click on "Authorised Persons". Enter the data of the authorised person in the tab, to manage their registration and access.
