360 Light Protection

Our 360 Electricity Protection Service entitles you to two call-out repair services per year for your household electrical installation. The service includes free payment protection insurance for electricity supply bills with insurance provider CNP Partners. Service offered by Endesa X Servicios, S.L.

Details

Whenever something breaks down, whatever it may be, you can contact the 360 Electricity Protection technical department. An emergency electrician will come to your home within three hours if you have a fault that requires urgent attention, or within 48 business hours if the fault is not urgent. In both cases, call-out charges and the first three hours of labour are covered - 360 Electricity Protection customers have a free helpline to call, which is available 24 hours a day 365 days of the year: 900 85 86 85. The service covers two electrical repairs per year.

You can rely on an Endesa Network worker, subject to rigorous quality controls, to repair your breakdowns during flexible appointments.

Call-out charges and the first three hours of labour for each breakdown/fault are covered (customers must pay for any parts required to carry out the repair). In exceptional circumstances, if the repair time takes longer than three hours, we will provide you with a free estimate before any work starts.

The 360 Electricity Protection also includes payment protection insurance for electricity supply bills* underwritten by insurance provider CNP Partners at no additional cost. Protect your family from the burden of electricity bills in case of:

  • Involuntary job loss: €325 after 30 days + an additional €325 after 180 days. 
  • Hospitalisation: €325 after 7 days + €325 after 30 days.
  • Death / permanent disability due to accident: €650.
  • Temporary disability: €325 after 30 days + €325 after 180 days. 

(*) The insurance coverage and entitlement to receive benefits are conditional on the Customer having entered into an electricity supply contract with Endesa Energía SAU for the address where the service purchased is provided.

The most common faults involve the electrical panel, switches and plugs.

If you have no power at home or there is no supply to the refrigerator socket, and this is not due to a problem with your retailer, a 360 Electricity Protection technician will visit your home within three hours.

The contractual term is one year and it is automatically renewed at the end of each year. However, both the Customer and Endesa are entitled to terminate the contract by giving written notice of at least one month prior to the expiry date.

The service will be billed by Endesa X on a monthly or annual basis, depending on what was agreed. If you have contracted several services at the same address, they will all appear together on a single Endesa X invoice.

In addition, if you have contracted an electricity or gas supply with Endesa Energía at the same address, the service bill will be included on the same document as the energy bill, and both amounts (services and energy) will be itemised together in your account. The billing frequency in this case will be as indicated in the energy contract.
