Would you like to sign up for a solar tariff, but you're unable or unwilling to install solar panels on your home? With the new Endesa Solar Virtual tariff, now it's possible.
Forget about everything involved in installing solar panels and enjoy all the benefits of solar energy from day one. No matter what type of house you live in, whether you're a homeowner or renting.
Plus, you'll avoid the usual upfront costs of this kind of photovoltaic installation. You'll only pay a one-time initial Reservation fee, which varies depending on the size you sign up for, and a stable monthly price for consumption every month for 3 years.
Guaranteed solar energy and free consumption
With our Virtual Solar tariff, depending on the number of virtual solar panels you sign up for (we call it "Size"), you'll enjoy a monthly volume of free kWh during solar hours (from 10 AM to 6 PM), with the certainty that the energy is solar-based. For the rest of the hours (from 7 PM to 9 AM), you'll pay the energy rate specified in your contract.
Just like if you had solar panels installed, if you don't consume all the energy assigned based on the number of virtual solar panels, we'll compensate you with an energy credit for the unused portion of energy allocated to your size on your bill. Just like having surplus energy!
Of course, this tariff has no commitment, and you can switch or leave whenever you want with no penalties on our part. In any case, remember that you have reserved the possibility of accessing this tariff for a period of 3 years.

*Free consumption during solar hours (from 10 AM to 6 PM) of the monthly kWh volume assigned to the number of virtual solar panels. Any additional consumption is charged at the consumed energy rate.

Yes, to ensure your right to enjoy Endesa Solar Virtual for the entire period, you will have to make an Initial Reservation when you sign up for the tariff. The amount will be adjusted to the size contracted.
The price may be updated on January 1st each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.
In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website (https://www.ine.es/). The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2024 was 2.4%, the year-on-year CPI for November 2023 was 3.2%; for November 2022, it was 6.8%; for November 2021, it was 5.5%; for November 2020, it was -0.8%; and for November 2019, it was 0.4%.
If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These type of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider.
Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If there are any changes, we will notify you one month in advance. Remember that you can terminate the contract without penalty, as well as switch to another Endesa tariff or to any other company at any time.
The Virtual Solar tariff has no commitment period; you are free to cancel it whenever you wish, without any penalty.

By signing this new contract we inform you that, if you meet the requirements to qualify for the Bono Social discounted rate, you will not be able to qualify for it. Nor will you be able to apply for the Small Consumer Voluntary Price (PVPC) tariff.
