Endesa discounts designed Para Ti

Para Ti is Endesa Energía's free loyalty programme. As a customer, you can earn points that you can redeem and save on your electricity and/or gas bills, receive discounts in partner companies and participate in exclusive draws. You can activate it on the Endesa app, available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Para Ti is available for all Endesa Energía customers who have an active gas and/or electricity contract.

You can register on the Endesa Clients App in the Para Ti section. If you don't have it yet, you can download the APP for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Always remember that it needs to be the holder of the gas and/or electricity supply contract who registers.

No, you don't need to! When you sign up for "Para Ti", all of your contracts will be included in the programme automatically.

It is not necessary, the supply will be automatically registered in the program. Now enjoy 10€ to redeem on your bill, for a limited time only!

The ID is a code that is associated with your account when you sign up. It serves to uniquely identify you in all the internal processes of the application.

Open the app, and in the section "Earn points" of the "Para Ti" programme you can view the different activities that will allow you to earn points. Some of them are: sign up for the "Para Ti" programme, keep receiving e-bills, become a new customer or arrange a new service; the more contracts you have, the more points you will earn!

If points for a specific activity have not been successfully credited to your account, you can contact Customer Support via the following email: atencionalcliente@endesaonline.com

Points will be automatically added when you complete one of the activities described in the "Earn Points" section.

Certain actions are not automatic and it will take a certain period of time for your points to be reflected. These actions are:

• Active Contract: Points will be assigned on a month-by-month basis.
• Digital Invoice: you will receive your points once a month after you activate the e-billing service and provided that this service is not cancelled.
• New contracts: You will receive the assigned points once your contract has been activated.

The total balance of your points is available in the section "Para Ti" of the app, in the main section and in "My points".

To redeem your points, go to section "Redeem points", where you will find the different discounts available, according to how many points you have. The more points, the more coupons!

When you choose to redeem the discount, you can select the contract to which the discount will be applied.

No, you will only be able to redeem a single discount per bill.

Points expire every 3 years from the time they are credited to your account. If you don't redeem your points before they expire, they will be removed from your total balance.

You can check out the available discounts in "Para Ti", in section "More benefits". Simply click on the desired discount. If you wish, you can also receive the discount code via e-mail.

You can check the available draws in section "More benefits". Simply click on the draw you wish to participate in and accept the Legal terms and conditions and the Data Protection policy to participate in the draw. If you are a winner, we will contact you via e-mail.

In the event of termination of the supply contract, the program will remain inactive for the user. If the customer re-enrolls in the program, they will not lose the accumulated points unless they have already expired.
