What is InfoEnergía?

InfoEnergía isa free information and energy assessment service for the control and management of your electricity consumption.

With this service you will be able to do the following:

• Have comprehensive information about your electricity consumption.
• Verify the energy efficiency of your domestic appliances.
• Get customised assessment based on your profile and lifestyle.

This will help you reduce your electricity consumption, and as a result, you will save on your bill.

For example: You will have a simple, graphic comparison between how much you consumed before (in the period you select) and how much you consume now. You will be able to understand your energy consumption without technicalities or complications: How much will you save in euros if you replace your appliances with more efficient ones?

Who is the InfoEnergía service designed for?

All you need is an electricity contract with Endesa and a power of less than 15 kW.

What is the difference between your electricity bill and InfoEnergía data?

Your electricity consumption data is unique, personal and will be appear just as accurately both in your traditional bill and in InfoEnergía. But in InfoEnergía, this information will be more comprehensive, more detailed, customised and intuitive. 

Your bills will include graphs of your consumption in accordance with the billing period. But InfoEnergía graphs will also enable you to consult your consumption and efficiency by year, quarter or calendar month.

What comparatives does InfoEnergía provide?

The InfoEnergía service generates a number of graphs with all your kWh and accumulated expenses compared to previous periods. You will be able to find out to what extent you are efficient compared to your neighbours with similar equipment. You will also know how much your appliances consume and be able to compare the cost associated with each one.

How can Endesa InfoEnergía be accessed?

You can access InfoEnergía from your Client Area.

1. Go to your Client Area: On the Home page you can access the InfoEnergía section.

2. To start using the InfoEnergía service, you first need to fill in your profile with all the information we require with regard to the following 5 categories:

• Your home.
• Your air conditioning.
• Your cooker.
• Your mobility.
• Your consumption habits and how you use your equipment.

Once you have filled in all the fields, we can collect your data and give you customised information relating to your energy for the different sections.

3. In the "Summary" section you will find a sample of your electricity consumption, an annual summary of your efficiency and which domestic appliance consumes the most in your home, as well as a comparison with neighbouring homes with characteristics similar to yours.

4. In the "Consumption" section you will see a detailed breakdown of your accumulated electricity consumption. You will find a number of graphs with all your kWh and accumulated costs compared to the previous year. We also give you tips on how to reduce your bills.

5. In the "Efficiency" section you will find a profile of your home and your lifestyle.

This section will enable you to:

• Update the information for your domestic appliances.
• Find out which apparatus consumes the most in your home.
• Compare your efficiency level with that of your neighbours.
• View customised advice, adapted to your consumption and habits with regard to energy use.
• Make use of our efficiency simulator, which you can use to simulate new consumption habits and find out how much you would save on your electricity consumption.

6. Finally, we will resolve any doubts that may arise with regard to our InfoEnergía service in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section.
