How to terminate a contract with Endesa
To terminate a contract with Endesa, you can use the following form. Once it has been filled in, Endesa has three different channels where you can notify termination of a contract:
- By post: To the ENDESA ENERGÍA S.A.U. post box. – Apartado 818 08080 BARCELONA.
- Or by e-mail: atencionalcliente@endesaonline.com
Documentation required to cancel a contract with Endesa
To confirm the cancellation of a contract you will need to provide the following personal data:
- First name and surname(s) of the contract holder.
- ID No.
- Address of the supply point for which the contract is to be terminated.
You should also provide:
- The CUPS number.
- And the bank account linked to the contract.
