Ensure the perfect condition of your home with a comprehensive service of your gas installation.
The Comprehensive Gas Maintenance service includes the initial diagnosis of your gas installation and heating system (boiler, hydraulic circuit and radiators) or domestic hot water and an annual inspection to anticipate any possible breakdowns that could increase your energy consumption. The Comprehensive Gas Service keeps your installation safe, extends your equipment's useful life and reduces breakdowns to 1/3 of what is usual. All this optimises your gas consumption and means you pay less on your gas bill.
Comprehensive Gas Maintenance facilitates compliance with current regulations on gas installations (Royal Decree 919/2006) and Thermal Installations in Buildings (R.D. 1027/2007) which requires you by law to make an inspection of the gas installation and equipment every two years.
Furthermore, whenever your heating or domestic hot water installation breaks down, you can contact the Comprehensive Gas Maintenance technical service and a technician will visit your home in less than 3 hours. Travel and the first 3 hours of labour are included in the service. In exceptional circumstances, when the repair time exceeds 3 hours or parts are required, we will provide a free quote in advance.
The maximum assistance to repair your gas installation is two interventions per year.

Annual inspections mainly prevent possible gas leaks that would affect the safety of the property's inhabitants in addition to increasing energy consumption and bills. These are preventive inspection visits to check the condition, safety and proper functioning of the gas installations, pursuant to the provisions of the legal and technical regulations. The heating circuit consists of the pipes that drive hot water from the boiler to each of the radiators. The most common malfunctions affect: the pump responsible for circulation, the safety valve, the circuit pressure, the boiler's flue, the temperature probe that checks whether the water is hot or the radiator valves. The following actions are performed during the technical visit:
The contract's duration is one year and it is automatically extended each year. However, both the Customer and Endesa may terminate the contract by means of written communication at least one month before the end date.
The service will be billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed. If you have arranged several services for the same address, they will all appear broken down in a single invoice.
Furthermore, if you have arranged the supply of electricity or gas with Endesa Energía at the same address, the utility bill will be included in the same document as the energy bill and both amounts (services and energy) will be charged jointly to your account. The billing frequency in this case will be the frequency established in the energy contract.
By subscribing to this new contract you accept the start of the service contracted during the cancellation period.
