We at Endesa put at you disposal our maintenance service for low-voltage electrical installations (up to 200 kW). This service includes an initial diagnosis, annual maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure your business activities never stop.
Our maintenance services depend on your electricity supply contract and on the contracted power. For businesses with up to 50 kW, we offer our fine-tuning low-voltage maintenance service, while for companies with over 50 kW, we provide our EXPERT low-voltage maintenance service. Both services include:
- Initial diagnosis of your electrical installation: we conduct a detailed analysis to identify potential issues in the wiring. If we find defects, our energy maintenance service for businesses offers repair or renovation solutions as needed.
- Annual periodic review: our preventive periodic visits ensure your company's energy installations comply with current legal and technical regulations. This review guarantees optimal system performance.
- Repairs and service: urgent issues will be addressed within 3 hours at any time, all year-round.
- Renovations: they will be advised and carried out by expert technicians with a free, no-obligation quote.
The logarithmic scale that calculates the savings index takes into account total annual invoicing, savings from the recommended energy efficiency measures and the installation's technical conditions. This means that, if the client implements any of the energy efficiency measures, the invoicing and potential % of savings is reduced in proportion to the measure applied, and this directly increases the efficiency index tending towards 100.

This is why Endesa offers you the service that best suits your needs in order to keep your installation in perfect working order and minimise interruptions in your plant's activity:
- Preventive Maintenance: We carry out an annual review with an in-depth study of your installation and a detailed report on it.
- Corrective Maintenance: We provide maintenance on demand. We give a quote for the repair of defects with pre-agreed prices.
- Review: We offer you an annual inspection which includes a detailed report with an inspection of all the elements, electrical connections and the monitoring system, with checks on the safety systems and thermography. We also carry out an annual cleaning of modules.
- Troubleshooting: If you detect a malfunction in your installation, we analyse the fault and give you a free estimate for upgrades and repairs.
- Periodic report: Our SGE monitoring service gives you a monthly report with the main data for your Photovoltaic Installation and this enables you to have control over your own installation.
- Compliance: We make the mandatory inspections legally required by the authorities (OCA or Certificate for Work at Height).
