Take care of your air conditioner with an annual service to prevent faults
Full-Airconditioning Maintenance ensures compliance with current regulations on Thermal Installations in Buildings (R.D. 1027/2007), which legally requires a biennial inspection of air conditioning systems.
Additionally, if your air conditioning system experiences any breakdowns, you can contact the technical service of Full-Airconditioning Maintenance, and a technician will visit your home within 48 working hours. The travel costs and the first three hours of labor are included in the service. In exceptional cases, where the repair time exceeds three hours or requires parts, a free preliminary quote will be provided.
The maximum number of repair assistances for the air conditioning system is two per year.
Full-Airconditioning Maintenance customers have access to a toll-free assistance phone line, available 24/7 throughout the year: 900 85 86 85.
A professional from Endesa's network, certified through rigorous quality controls, will carry out the necessary repairs, offering flexibility when scheduling visits.
These are preventive visits to check the condition, safety, and proper functioning of your home's air conditioning system, in accordance with legal and technical regulations. During the technical visit, the following is carried out:
Verification of the correct operation of the air conditioning unit, according to the requirements set by RITE, and basic maintenance tasks for both indoor and outdoor units (as long as they are accessible).
Necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of the equipment and minimize electricity consumption and breakdowns.
The contract duration is one year, with automatic annual renewal. However, both the Customer and Endesa may terminate the contract by providing written notice at least one month before the expiration date.
The service will be billed either monthly or annually, depending on the agreed terms. If you have multiple services contracted at the same address, they will all be grouped into a single invoice.
Additionally, if you have an electricity or gas supply contract with Endesa Energía at the same address, the service invoice will be included in the same document as the energy bill, and both amounts (services and energy) will be charged together in your account. The billing frequency in this case will follow the schedule established in the energy contract.
By subscribing to this new contract you accept the start of the service contracted during the cancellation period.
