The services includes an annual inspection of the air conditioning in your home, so the installation is always ready. Full Air-Conditioning Maintenance extends the life of the equipment and reduces breakdowns to 1/3 of the usual frequency, thus optimising consumption and, with it, your electricity bills.
Full Air-Conditioning Maintenance facilitates compliance with current regulations on Thermal Installations in Buildings (Royal Decree 1027/2007) which requires you by law to make an inspection of your air-conditioning equipment every two years.
Furthermore, whenever there is any breakdown in your air conditioning installation, you can contact the Full Air-Conditioning Maintenance service and a technician will visit your home within 48 business hours. Travel and the first 3 hours of labour are included in the service. In exceptional circumstances, when the repair time exceeds 3 hours or parts are required, we will provide a free quote in advance.
The maximum assistance to repair air conditioning installations is two per year.

Access to a professional from the Endesa Network, subject to strict quality controls, who will repair any breakdowns, as well as flexibility when it comes to arranging the visit.
These are preventive visits to check the condition, safety and proper functioning of the air conditioning in your home, pursuant to the provisions of the legal and technical regulations. The following actions are performed during the technical visit:
- Verification of the correct functioning of the air conditioning equipment, pursuant to the requirements established by the RITE, and basic maintenance tasks on indoor and outdoor units (provided they are accessible).
- The necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of the equipment and minimise power consumption and breakdowns.
The contract's duration is one year and it is automatically extended each year. However, both the Customer and Endesa may terminate the contract by means of written communication at least one month before the end date.
The service will be billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed. If you have arranged several services for the same address, they will all appear broken down in a single invoice.
Furthermore, if you have arranged the supply of electricity or gas with Endesa Energía at the same address, the utility bill will be included in the same document as the energy bill and both amounts (services and energy) will be charged jointly to your account. The billing frequency in this case will be the frequency established in the energy contract.
