I changed my tariff but I am still billed at the old rate

To check the tariff you have contracted, go to your Client Area and then to the "Contract" section on your Home screen, where you can see your current tariff, the name of the holder and the contract number.

To modify your tariff, click on "Procedures", and in "Tariffs and consumption" you can "Modify your Electricity/Gas tariffs".
