I am not receiving paper bills
Check that digital billing is deactivated by logging into your Customer Area and clicking on "Manage Settings", then select "Manage digital bill".
If this is disabled, also check that your postal address is correct and up-to-date. To do this, access your Endesa profile by clicking on the person icon in your Customer Area, in the upper right.
Select "Contact details" and check the postal address.
