Endesa is celebrating a decade of InfoEnergía, its free personalised energy advisory service that has already helped more than 1.5 million customers save on their electricity bill in Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Endesa highlights the role of InfoEnergía as a key tool to empower consumers, especially in the context of the energy transition and the electrification of consumption. Since its launch, InfoEnergía has logged more than 1.6 million yearly accesses, while over 100,000 customers use it regularly to optimise their electricity consumption.
On average, users of InfoEnergía save 10% more than those who do not —equivalent to the annual consumption of more than 150,000 households. Potential savings can reach €120 per year, depending on each customer’s profile and the actions they take.
What is InfoEnergía?
InfoEnergía is a free and exclusive service for customers with contracted power below 15 kW, providing information and guidance for monitoring and managing electricity consumption. Through the customer area or the Endesa app, users can access a personalised dashboard that includes:
- Detailed information on their electricity consumption.
- Comparisons with previous periods and similar households.
- Energy-efficiency simulators.
- Tailored advice based on habits and equipment.
Customers complete an energy profile in five categories: home, climate control, cooking, mobility, and consumption habits. From there, InfoEnergía offers:
- Comparative consumption charts by year, quarter, or month.
- Identification of the appliances that consume the most.
- Savings simulations when replacing them with efficient models.
- Comparisons with similar households.
This way, InfoEnergía transforms the electricity bill into a true decision-making tool.
Integration with the PARA TI loyalty programme
Its integration with the Para Ti programme enables customers to take part in efficiency challenges that gamify savings and promote responsible consumption. InfoEnergía proposes personalised quarterly challenges based on each customer’s consumption profile. These challenges are designed to encourage sustainable habits and reduce electricity use. If the customer completes the challenges, they earn points within the Para Ti programme, which can then be redeemed for discounts on their electricity or gas bill. This dynamic turns energy savings into a motivating experience, where customers not only see the impact on their consumption but also receive tangible rewards for their commitment to efficiency. The challenges and progress tracking are available within the same digital environment where InfoEnergía is accessed, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
