Fraudulent calls in the name of Endesa Energía

Fraudulent calls often come from mobile phone numbers, including anonymous or unknown ones, and frequently from abroad. Scammers may impersonate Endesa Energía agents, request money, or attempt to obtain personal information.



To protect yourself, pay attention to:

  • Unexpected communications and/or those not related to your previous requests.
  • The authenticity of the caller, which you can verify on this page.
  • Any request for personal codes or confidential data —Endesa Energía will never ask you for these.
