Additionally, the following are not included:
To install a charging point for an electric vehicle, there must be a 230/400 VAC supply point equipped with a ground connection, a general control and protection panel, and measuring equipment.
If there is no electricity supply point available, you must request a new one from the electricity distribution company. To do this, you must contact the electricity distribution company responsible for your area.
Each distribution company defines the protocol to be followed. Once the request has been made, the distributor will send you a quote. Normally, no major work will be required to adapt the electrical network, so you will only have to pay the costs of the new connection, which, for a power of 9.2 kW, is around €350 + VAT. However, sometimes it will be necessary for the distribution company to carry out additional work, in which case it will provide a quote and you can decide whether or not to go ahead.
Prior to signing the leasing contract, an installer will visit your premises to verify the technical feasibility of the installation. If it is not feasible, the Endesa Drive product will not be available for purchase, and both Ayvens and Endesa will advise you on finding an alternative solution for your mobility needs.
Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property establishes in Article 17, point 5: ”The installation of an electric vehicle charging point for private use in the building's parking lot, provided that it is located in an individual parking space, will only require prior notification to the community.
The cost of such installation and the corresponding electricity consumption shall be borne entirely by the party or parties directly interested in it. Therefore, it is only necessary to inform the community of owners and/or the administrator that a charging device is going to be installed in the parking space.
If it is necessary to carry out this procedure, Endesa will provide a standard letter.
If the parking space where you are going to park your electric vehicle is rented, you can install a charging device, but you must first request authorization from the owner. It is recommended that the tenant provides written authorization, with their signature, to avoid any problems later on. In addition, this authorization can be attached to the installation notification mentioned above.
If this procedure is necessary, Endesa will provide a standard letter.
If your parking space is under concession and the concessionaire has established a specific protocol for action, you must comply with the provisions of that protocol. This is the case for residents of Madrid city, who have parking spaces under municipal concession, for example.
On the other hand, if the concessionaire has not established a specific protocol for action, it will suffice to inform the concessionaire as established in Article 17, point 5, of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property.
If it is necessary to carry out this procedure, Endesa will provide a standard letter.

No, the Recarga en Casa Tariff has no minimum contract period or cancellation fees. You can switch tariffs or cancel your contract whenever you like.
No, with this tariff you’ll pay a charge for the contracted power and a charge for the energy consumed, just as you would with most offers on the market. You’ll also pay a flat fee, which allows you to charge your car for up to 1,250 km per month.
With Endesa Energía’s Recarga en Casa Tariff, for €0.8219/day you’ll be entitled to up to 216.99 kWh for a standard 30-day billing cycle (equivalent to a flat-rate charge of €24.65). Any kWh consumed in each billing cycle that exceeds the amount of energy included in the flat rate will be billed at the energy rate of the "Recarga en Casa Tariff" with any applicable discounts. The kWh included in the flat rate for each billing cycle may not exceed 60% of the total kWh consumed in that cycle, and any amount exceeding that 60% will be billed at the energy rate of the "Recarga en Casa Tariff", with any applicable discounts.
In other words, assuming a 30-day billing cycle with 216.99 kWh included in the flat-rate allowance, your total consumption must be 361.65 kWh for the 60% restriction not to apply. If your total consumption is lower than this figure, any kWh exceeding that 60% will be billed at the energy rate for the Recarga en Casa Tariff.
For information purposes, the total consumption of the kWh included in the flat-rate charge does not guarantee the total consumption associated with charging your vehicle. The consumption data used has been calculated in accordance with IDAE Methodology 19/05/2025, assuming an approximate average consumption of 17.6 kWh per 100 km for an electric vehicle, such that the 216.99 kWh per month would be equivalent to 1,250 km per month or 15,000 km per year.
No, the meter does not distinguish between the energy used to charge the electric car and that used by other electrical appliances. This means that if you do not need as much energy to charge your car, the energy included in your tariff is used to cover household consumption.

To charge on public roads, you must download the Endesa On Your Way app from Endesa X Way, S.L., and register. Endesa X Way may provide a credit of up to 200 kWh per month for charging on public roads: by signing up with Ayvens for the electric vehicle lease + charging point, the credit will be 100 kWh per month for as long as the contract with Ayvens remains in force; if you also sign up for an electricity supply contract with Endesa Energía on their 'Recarga en Casa' tariff, the credit will be 200 kWh per month for as long as the contracts with Ayvens and Endesa Energía remain in force. In the App, you must select the specific tariff after receiving the corresponding code for activation. Once the monthly bonus kWh have been used up, Endesa X Way will bill you in accordance with the applicable prices shown in the App for public charging (see terms and conditions in the App).
(1) With the Endesa Energía Recarga en Casa Tariff, for €0.8219/day without taxes you will be entitled to up to 216.99 kWh for a standard 30-day billing cycle (equivalent to a fee of €31.35 including taxes in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and €26.69 in the Canary Islands). The kWh consumed in each billing cycle that exceed the amount of energy included in the fee will be billed at the energy term price of the "Recarga en Casa Tariff" with any applicable discounts. The kWh included in the fee for each billing cycle may not exceed 60% of the total kWh consumed in that cycle, and any consumption above this 60% will be billed at the energy term price of the Recarga en Casa Tariff with any applicable discounts. In the case of joint contracting of the Endesa Energía Recarga en Casa Tariff and an Endesa X Way charging point, a 30% indefinite discount will be applied to the Recarga en Casa Tariff fee (equivalent a una quota de 21,95 € impostos inclosos a la península i les Balears i 18,69 € a les Canàries) and an additional 10% discount for one year on the energy term price of that Tariff. For information purposes, the total consumption of the kWh included in the fee does not guarantee the total consumption linked to charging your vehicle. The consumption data used has been prepared in accordance with IDAE Methodology 05/19/2025, considering an approximate average consumption of an electric vehicle of 17.6 kWh per 100 km, so that the 216.99 kWh per month would be equivalent to 1,250 km per month or 15,000 km per year.
