How can I contract this product?

It's very simple: click on the “Request your quote” button and leave us your contact details. In a few days, Ayvens will call you to answer any questions you may have, provide you with the detailed information you want, and guide you through the contract signing process. All products and services included will be covered by this single contract with Ayvens. Once the contract is signed, Endesa will install the charger and send you the code to activate the discounted rate.

Do I need to be an Endesa customer to contract Endesa Drive?

No, you can contract the Endesa Drive product without having a home electricity contract with Endesa. However, if you are already an Endesa customer or contract your electricity with us, we will reward you with an additional 100kWh of public charging per month, as well as allowing you to enjoy the benefits of our electricity products for your home.

How is the discounted rate for public charging activated once Endesa Drive has been contracted?

When the delivery date of your vehicle approaches, we will send you an email with a code to activate the “Automotive Universal” discount rate. You will need to download the Endesa On Your Way app to your mobile phone and register to enter this code. Once you have registered, or if you are already registered, go to My Account and activate a charging rate. To do this, you must have an active payment method and a previously activated rate. We recommend the E-Flex rate to start with, as there is no activation or periodic cost.Once you have activated your tariff, you can activate your code in the My Account > Promotional Codes > Add Promotional Code section.

 

If you are already an Endesa customer or sign up for an Endesa electricity rate during the contract period with Ayvens, you will need to send us the contract to automotive@enel.com and we will send you another activation code to activate the “Automotive Bundle” rate, which will allow you to enjoy 200kWh/month at no cost.

Why do I need to set up a payment method with my discounted rate?

Once the monthly bonus amount has been exceeded, the current prices for each recharge shown in the App will be applied prior to recharging for the connector. The bonus kWh basket will be renewed monthly in your App wallet.

What does the charger installation include?

Includes everything necessary for a standard charger installation in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular ITC-BT-52, with a limit of 70 meters, max. 5 concrete drills, power balancing, Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC).

Possible adaptations to the installation to provide connectivity to the charging equipment are not included, in the event that the location of the installation does not have mobile or WiFi coverage. If required by the customer, this adaptation will be quoted at the time by the technician and will be installed after acceptance of the additional quote by the customer. Additionally, the following are not included:

 

Installation above 70 meters.

More than 5 concrete slabs.

Civil works:

Trenches.

Drills between floors requiring the use of special drilling tools (concrete drilling machines).

Channels in brick or walls made of other materials.

Request for a new electricity supply (in cases where there is no 230/400 VAC supply point equipped with a ground connection, with a general control and protection panel and measuring equipment).

Installation or modification of meters or internal electrical wiring.

Electrical work in the home, unrelated to the installation of the equipment defined in the previous section.

Correction of any defects that may be detected in the Customer's Installation or Equipment during inspections by the Administration, when such defects are due to faulty installation by a company or professional not affiliated with ENDESA and/or any substantial changes made to the installation by the Customer or by applicable regulations.

Negotiating with the distribution company to increase power when necessary.

Use of cranes or scaffolding (garages with heights greater than 4m).

Masonry, plumbing, cosmetic, or painting works.

If it is not possible to test the connection between the charging equipment and the electric vehicle at the time of installation, and a subsequent visit by the provider is required for this purpose. 

The payment of any type of administrative fee or charge, project approval and costs associated with legalization before the competent Professional Associations, and any type of tax, approval, surcharge or fee associated with the installation of the Equipment. 

If the extra work does not affect the installation covered by the Contract (masonry, aesthetics, additional work on the home, etc.) and the Customer gives their consent to the installation being carried out without such extras, the installation will proceed.

What technical requirements are necessary to install a charging station in my parking space?

To install a charging point for an electric vehicle, there must be a 230/400 VAC supply point equipped with a ground connection, a general control and protection panel, and measuring equipment.

What happens if there is no electricity supply point because the garage is not in the same community as the home?

If there is no electricity supply point available, you must request a new one from the electricity distribution company. To do this, you must contact the electricity distribution company responsible for your area.

 

Each distribution company defines the protocol to be followed. Once the request has been made, the distributor will send you a quote. Normally, no major work will be required to adapt the electrical network, so you will only have to pay the costs of the new connection, which, for a power of 9.2 kW, is around €350 + VAT. However, sometimes it will be necessary for the distribution company to carry out additional work, in which case it will provide a quote and you can decide whether or not to go ahead.

What happens if my installation is not feasible?

Prior to signing the leasing contract, an installer will visit your premises to verify the technical feasibility of the installation. If it is not feasible, the Endesa Drive product will not be available for purchase, and both Ayvens and Endesa will advise you on finding an alternative solution for your mobility needs.

Can the community of neighbors or the administrator refuse to allow me to install a charging device for an electric vehicle in my parking space?

Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property establishes in Article 17, point 5: ”The installation of an electric vehicle charging point for private use in the building's parking lot, provided that it is located in an individual parking space, will only require prior notification to the community.

 

The cost of such installation and the corresponding electricity consumption shall be borne entirely by the party or parties directly interested in it. Therefore, it is only necessary to inform the community of owners and/or the administrator that a charging device is going to be installed in the parking space.

 

If it is necessary to carry out this procedure, Endesa will provide a standard letter.

If a person rents a parking space, can they install an EV charger?

If the parking space where you are going to park your electric vehicle is rented, you can install a charging device, but you must first request authorization from the owner. It is recommended that the tenant provides written authorization, with their signature, to avoid any problems later on. In addition, this authorization can be attached to the installation notification mentioned above.

 

If this procedure is necessary, Endesa will provide a standard letter.

Can I install a charging device in a parking space if it is mine under a concession agreement?

If your parking space is under concession and the concessionaire has established a specific protocol for action, you must comply with the provisions of that protocol. This is the case for residents of Madrid city, who have

 parking spaces under municipal concession, for example.

 

 

On the other hand, if the concessionaire has not established a specific protocol for action, it will suffice to inform the concessionaire as established in Article 17, point 5, of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property.

 

 If it is necessary to carry out this procedure, Endesa will provide a standard letter.

How can I withdraw from my contract with Endesa?

You can terminate your electricity or gas contract at any time within the legal withdrawal period. To do so, simply complete the withdrawal form and send it through one of the following channels:

  • Postal mail: ENDESA ENERGÍA S.A.U. – P.O. Box 818, 08080 Barcelona.
  • Email: atencionalcliente@endesaonline.com.

  • Full name of the contract holder.

Poden arribar a bonificar-se per Endesa X Way fins a 200 kWh al mes per a càrrega a la via pública: per la contractació amb Ayvens del rènting de vehicle elèctric punt de recàrrega, la bonificació serà de 100 kWh al mes mentre es mantingui en vigor aquesta contractació amb Ayvens; si a més es contracta el subministrament elèctric amb Endesa Energía a la seva tarifa “Tempo Tres Períodes”, la bonificació serà de 200 kWh al mes, mentre es mantinguin en vigor aquestes contractacions amb Ayvens i amb Endesa Energía. A l'App s'haurà de seleccionar la tarifa específica després de la recepció del codi corresponent per fer-ne l’activació. Un cop consumits els kWh bonificats mensuals Endesa X Way facturarà conforme els preus aplicables i mostrats a l'App per a recàrrega a la via pública (consultar condicions a l'App).
