What Orange offers are available for Endesa customers?
Endesa customers can benefit from monthly discounts of €6 (taxes included) on energy when signing up for an Orange tariff with fibre, mobile, and TV.
The savings are applied directly to the electricity and/or gas bill you choose, month after month.
Is the discount available nationwide?
Yes, the discount is available nationwide, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The discount amount will be €6/month when you sign up for the Orange fibre and mobile bundle, and it is always calculated with taxes included. To ensure you receive exactly that final amount, Endesa starts from a base amount before taxes. This base amount varies depending on:
- Whether the discount is applied to your electricity or gas bill.
- The applicable taxes depending on the region where your supply is located.
If your supply is in the Peninsula or Balearic Islands, where VAT (and the Electricity Tax for Power) applies, the final discount will be exactly €6 per month. If your supply is in the Canary Islands, where IGIC applies instead of VAT, the tax rate is lower. For this reason, the final amount including taxes is slightly lower than in the Peninsula. For example, a discount equivalent to €6 per month in the Peninsula is roughly equivalent to €5 per month in the Canary Islands.
This difference is due solely to the tax regime in your region and does not affect your ability to enjoy the promotion.
Which Orange offer is best for me?
The choice depends on the type of connection you need:
- If your usage is mainly mobile, the mobile plan allows you to start saving on energy from the first month.
- If you're looking for a solid connection at home, the fibre tariff provides the highest monthly savings.
- If you need more than one connection, signing up for two fibre lines will help you reach the maximum available discount.

How can I transfer my number to Orange?
If you request a transfer for a mobile or a fibre + mobile tariff, the process is very straightforward. As soon as your line is activated with Orange, the cancellation with your previous operator happens automatically, whether you had a contract or a prepaid card.
You just need to request the transfer. Orange will handle the entire process so the switch happens smoothly and without service interruptions.
If I’m not an Endesa customer, can I sign up for Orange and take advantage of this offer?
If you’re not yet an Endesa customer, you can first check our electricity and/or gas tariff catalogue and choose the one that suits you best. Once you become a customer, you can sign up for your fibre, TV, or mobile tariff with Orange and enjoy the energy savings.
If needed, you can request guidance to help you find the most suitable option.
What are the terms for accessing Orange tariffs?
Activation/installation fee:
- €0 for all customers. The service installation fee is €0 if you keep the fibre service for 3 months.
- For new activations (new phone number), if you cancel your Orange contract within 30 days of activation, you will need to pay: €18.15 (VAT included).
Commitment period for the bundle (both for fixed internet access and the associated mobile tariff when acquiring a device):
- 24 months if you purchase a device on instalments, or 12 months in the case of promotional pricing.
How do I validate my code on PARA TI?
- Sign up for your energy tariff with Endesa (if you’re not yet a customer) and add your Orange tariff with fibre, mobile, and TV.
- Register for the PARA TI programme through the customer area.
- In PARA TI, go to Earn Points > Promotional Codes.
- Enter the code ENDESAFIBRA26 to validate it. Don’t forget to do it within the first month of signing up.
- As soon as your fibre is activated, you’ll receive 5,000 PARA TI programme points, equivalent to €50 to use as discounts on your energy bills.
Is this offer only available through Endesa?
Yes. Although the telecommunications service (Fiber, Mobile, Television...) is provided by Orange with the same conditions as in its own channels, the specific benefits of this offer are only available if you sign up through Endesa.
