It consists of the combination of an energy supply contract of at least two years and an Integrated Offer contract for the supply and installation of at least one charging point, benefiting from an exclusive discount level on your electricity supply tariff with the "Open" product in its Flat modality (same price for the energy term for all 24 hours of the day). The electricity supply contract will have a twelve‑month permanence. Endesa Energía commits to maintaining its energy offer for 24 months. In the event that the customer cancels the electricity contract before 24 months, Endesa Energía may claim the 600€ bonus of the Premium Service of the Integrated Offer. Deferred payment available over 10 months subject to scoring validation and approval by Endesa Energía; additional costs not included.

The additional discount of 1,000 €/year obtained by applying the exclusive discount of this offer is calculated for a standard customer with an electricity consumption of 70,000kWh/year and a contracted power greater than 50kW under tariff 3.0TD.

The prices of the energy term and of power will be respected for 24 months by Endesa Energía; changes in these terms will not be considered as price changes of these terms if they correspond to variations in the regulated components that apply to them, as well as new ones that may appear. Such variations will be passed on to the customer, both upwards and downwards. Prices may be updated each January 1 with the value of the actual CPI (Latest national interannual general Consumer Price Index officially published at the time of the update).

To enjoy the additional discount in the public charging network of the Endesa Group, it will be necessary to have a charging contract with Endesa X Way.

• Have a supply point with tariff 3.0TD or 6.1TD that is not a specific electric vehicle tariff (3.0TDVE or 6.1TDVE).
• Be a self‑employed person or company.
• Sign an Integrated Offer ‑ Charging Point contract with Endesa Energía simultaneously.

The “Open Empresas” tariff is a fixed‑price electricity product available for access tariffs 2.0TD, 3.0TD and 6.1TD. It offers different modalities that adapt to your business needs to maximize your savings, offering the largest discount in the hours when your consumption is highest, those we call “OPEN hours”.

The modality linked to our Exclusive Offer of electricity + Integrated Charging Point Offer is the OPEN Flat modality, which offers the same price in the energy term for all 24 hours of the day. That way you won’t have to worry about when to consume in your business or when to charge your electric vehicle.

The service includes the supply and installation of a Waybox 7.4 kW single‑phase unit, including up to 30 metres of cabling from the CGBT via existing conduits, as well as legalisation according to ICT BT52. In case different needs arise from the equipment defined by the client or technician’s requirement, the charging point may differ from the one described, and in that case the budget may vary, maintaining the exclusive offer both in the electricity contract and in the Premium Service of the Integrated Offer.

Green energy in an electricity supply contract means an electronic labelling or accreditation that ensures that the consumption made by your supply has been produced from renewable energy sources or high‑efficiency cogeneration. The electricity labelling is based on the Guarantees of Origin (GdOs) System, which is the only instrument through which the publicity and permanent management and updating of ownership and control of the guarantees of origin are ensured. By choosing green energy, you promote the reduction of dependence on fossil fuels and contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable energy system.

The national regulator Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) is responsible for this system, as well as for the issuance and management of the guarantees of origin generated. To certify whether the origin of the energy consumed by your installation is 100 % renewable, you must access the CNMC website to download your certificate. You will need the CUPS and the energy to be certified will always be that of the previous year (not the current year). You can use this certificate to demonstrate your commitment to the environment and your support for clean and sustainable energy generation, in addition to meeting requirements for possible certifications or compliance in tenders.

Contracting green energy in your electricity supply entails an additional cost to incentivise renewable energy generation, but your consumption has greater benefits both socially, environmentally and economically for your business.
