Tu Otra Casa 50 Light Tariff

The energy term price includes a 50% discount on the 50 h with the highest electricity consumption each month, plus an additional 10% discount on consumption for 1 year. The price will include the electricity tax (5.11269632% or the minimum amount of €0.5/MWh or €1/MWh, as applicable). On the resulting amount, VAT (21%), IGIC (Canary Islands: 0% or 3%, and 7% as applicable) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla: 4% or 1% as applicable) will be added. The regulated cost associated with the social bonus financing mechanism will also be added: Fixed cost per customer (commercialization) of €0.019121/day (Mainland and Balearic Islands: €0.02431959/day; Canary Islands: €0.02009883/day for domestic customers with power below 10 kW and, for other cases, €0.02070180/day; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.02029982/day; all the above amounts include applicable taxes as of the start date of these prices).

Endesa is responsible for determining which have been your hours of highest electricity consumption on each bill, and the energy consumed during those hours will have a 50% discount. It's that easy!

Thanks to smart meters, which measure consumption by the hour, we can know how much electricity has been consumed in each hour and find which were the hours of highest consumption to apply the 50% discount.

Don't worry. The number of promotional hours will be proportional to the days included in the billing period. Since not all bills are for one month, it won't always be 50 hours. For example, if a customer's bill is for 15 days, they will have the 25 hours of highest electricity consumption for free. If you have a two-month bill, you will have 100 hours.

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2025 was 3.0%, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider. Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If any changes occur, you will be notified at least one month in advance. You may then choose to terminate the contract without penalty, switch to another Endesa tariff, or sign up with a different energy provider.

If you already have a contract with Endesa, you can switch to the Tu Otra Casa 50 Light Tariff without any problem.

Tu Otra Casa 50 Light Tariff contract lasts for one year and is automatically renewable.

If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you cannot sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa, we offer the Endesa Solar Tariff, tailored specifically for you.

You can terminate your electricity or gas contract at any time within the legal withdrawal period. To do so, simply complete the withdrawal form and send it through one of the following channels:
