How does the price of my Conecta tariff contract evolve?

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website . The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider.

Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If there are any changes, we will notify you one month in advance. Remember that you can terminate the contract without penalty, as well as switch to another Endesa tariff or to any other company at any time.

I have another tariff with Endesa. Can I change to the Conecta tariff?

No, this tariff is only available to new customers. If you are already an Endesa customer, we have a lot of exclusive benefits for you.

Does the Conecta tariff require a commitment?

There is no commitment. If you are not convinced, you can change whenever you want. In other words, there is no penalty if you decide to leave.

I have a self-consumption tariff, can I sign up for this tariff?

If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you cannot sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa, we offer the Endesa Solar Tariff, tailored specifically for you.

What are the price per kWh and the fixed term under the Conecta Gas Tariff?

The Conecta Gas Tariff consists of two parts: Monthly fixed term: A set charge you pay regardless of your actual consumption. Variable term (€/kWh): The amount you pay for each unit of gas you use.

Which is the better option: The regulated tariff (TUR) or the Conecta Gas Tariff?

The TUR (Tarifa de Último Recurso or Last Resort Tariff) is regulated by the Government and changes quarterly based on international gas market prices. The Conecta Gas Tariff belongs to the free market, offering a clear price, no long-term commitments, and the reliability of Endesa as a trusted energy provider.

How can I calculate my monthly bill?

Your bill will depend on: The monthly fixed term. The variable term applied to your actual consumption (€/kWh). Applicable taxes (VAT and other regulated charges).

Can I combine electricity and gas with Endesa?

Yes. While the Conecta Gas Tariff applies specifically to gas, Endesa allows you to combine electricity and gas under the same provider, which can simplify your billing.

Does this tariff have any promotions?

No, at the moment we don’t have any promotion linked to this rate, but you can enjoy Endesa’s best price.
