The package includes an initial diagnosis of the electrical installation of your business and a biennial service in anticipation of possible breakdowns that could increase your energy consumption. OKLuz Negocios keeps the installation safe, extends equipment life and on average reduces breakdowns by 2/3, thus optimising electricity consumption and, with it, the amount of your bill.
Whenever your business’s electrical installation breaks down, you can contact the OKLuz Negocios technical package and an emergency electrician will visit your home in less than 3 hours if the fault is urgent, or within a maximum of 48 working hours if the fault is not urgent - in both cases, travel and the first 3 hours of labour are free of charge -. OKLuz Negocios customers have a free telephone number to request assistance, which is operational 24 hours 365 days a year: 900 85 86 85.
The number of electrical installation repairs is unlimited. In addition, OKLuz Negocios includes two maintenance jobs per year by an electrician, three hours each: electrical installation work (lamps, wall lights, etc.) and replacements (you no longer have to worry about changing plugs, switches or bulbs).
Other similar packages only cover repairs, not maintenance. OKLuz Negocios takes care of everything.
You have an Endesa Network professional, endorsed by rigorous quality controls, who will repair any breakdowns that occur, in addition to flexibility in arranging the visit. Plus, the number of repairs to the electrical installation is unlimited.
Any costs for displacement or the first 3 hours of labour on each visit are also avoided (parts are to be paid by the Customer, in case a repair of the electrical installation is necessary). In exceptional circumstances, in which the repair time exceeds 3 hours, we undertake to provide a free prior quotation.
Endesa exhaustively controls adherence to quality criteria as well as to the deadlines set for undertaking the work. In addition, random calls are also made regarding the operations carried out as well as satisfaction surveys, in which Customers usually give excellent ratings above 8 points out of 10.
Such inspections are of a preventive nature to check the condition, safety and correct operation of the electrical installation of your business, in accordance with legal and technical regulations. During a technical inspection, the following is carried out:
- Servicing of all the elements of the electrical installation.
- Necessary adjustments to guarantee the safety of the installation and, as much as possible, to reduce its electrical consumption and breakdown rate.
The most common breakdowns are those related to the electrical box, light switches and plugs.
The duration of the contract is one year and is automatically extended on an annual basis.
The 10% discount on the service fee lasts for 1 year from the start date of the contract.
The service will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on what was agreed. If you have contracted several services at the same address, they will all appear together on a single invoice.
In addition, if you have contracted an electricity or gas supply with Endesa Energía at the same address, the service bill will be included on the same document as the energy bill, and both amounts (services and energy) will be itemised together in your account. The billing frequency in this case will be as indicated in the energy contract.
