I have another tariff with Endesa. Can I change to the Recarga en Casa Tariff?

Of course. If you are already an Endesa customer and would like to sign up for the 3-Period Light Tariff, you can do so without any problem.

Do I have a commitment period if I sign up for the Recarga en Casa Tariff?

No, the Recarga en Casa Tariff has no minimum-term commitment or penalties. You can switch tariffs or cancel at any time.

How long does my contract with Endesa last?

The contract with Endesa, regardless of the tariff chosen, lasts for one year and is automatically renewable. In tariffs where a one-year duration is mandatory, we would inform you.

What is the update policy for the fixed price on the Recarga en Casa Tariff?

The price may be updated on 1 January each year: based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), the cost value of the Adjustment Services (mechanisms managed by REE whose function is to guarantee the continuity of electricity supply and maintain a constant balance between the energy consumed and produced), and on any changes, either upward or downward, to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2025 was 3.0%, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

In the event of an update based on Adjustment Services, a 'Reference Value for Adjustment Services' of €17/MWh is established, as well as a tolerance band delimited by a minimum value and a maximum value called: 'Lower Reference Value for Adjustment Services': €14/MWh.  'Upper Reference Value for Adjustment Services': €20/MWh. These values will be updated on 1 January each year, taking into account the 'Actual Value of Adjustment Services' for the months between December of two years prior and November of the previous year (both months included), published by the System Operator (REE) on the website https://www.esios.ree.es/es/descargas in the file PVPC_DETALLE_DD. The result of this update may be upward, downward, or neutral (if the actual value remains within the tolerance band).

Should there be any changes to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer, whether they result in an increase or a decrease. Such changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa’s control; they apply equally across the whole of the country and to all energy suppliers. In addition, the price may be reviewed one year after the contract is signed. Should there be any changes, we will notify you one month in advance and you will be able to terminate the contract without penalty, or switch to another tariff with Endesa or any other supplier.

Can I charge the car at any time?

Yes, with no time restrictions. With the Recarga en Casa Tariff, you can plug in your car at 2:00 pm, 8:00 am or 3:00 am. The price does not change in any case. There are no peak, shoulder, or off-peak hours.

With the Recarga tariff, will I only pay a monthly fee regardless of what I consume?

No, with this tariff you will pay a price for the contracted power and a price for the energy consumed, just as you would with most offers on the market. In addition, you will pay a fixed fee, which allows you to charge your car to enjoy up to 1,250 km a month.

There is only one limitation: the consumption included in the fee cannot account for more than 60% of the total consumption billed in the cycle. That is, assuming a 30-day billing cycle with 216.99 kWh included in the fee, your total consumption must be 361.65 kWh to avoid the 60% restriction being applied. If the total consumption is below this value, the kWh exceeding that 60% will be billed at the energy charge price of the Recarga en Casa Tariff.

In other words, assuming a 30-day billing cycle with 216.99 kWh included in the flat-rate charge, your total consumption must be 361.65 kWh for the 60% restriction not to apply. If total consumption is lower than this figure, the kWh exceeding that 60% will be billed at the energy rate of the Home Charging Tariff

For information purposes, the total consumption of the kWh included in the flat-rate charge does not guarantee the total consumption associated with charging your vehicle. The consumption data used has been calculated in accordance with IDAE Methodology 19/05/2025, assuming an approximate average consumption of 17.6 kWh per 100 km for an electric vehicle, such that the 216.99 kWh per month would be equivalent to 1,250 km per month or 15,000 km per year.

What if I don't want to pay the fee?

The fee is mandatory to sign up for the Recarga en Casa Tariff. Thanks to this fee, you will enjoy a charge that allows you to drive up to 1,250 km, based on a 30-day billing cycle. This allows you to control the charging costs for your electric vehicle.

Is it only for charging the car, or for the whole house?

No, the meter does not differentiate between the energy used for the electric car and that used for other electrical appliances. In this way, if you don't need as much energy to charge your car, the energy from the fee is used to cover domestic consumption.

How many kilometres will I be able to drive with the Recarga en Casa Tariff?

With the Recarga en Casa Tariff, you can enjoy up to 1,250 km every month with your electric car for less than €25 a month* and benefit from a stable price for any additional energy you need.

Is it compatible with my electric or plug-in hybrid car?

Yes. The Recarga en Casa Tariff is compatible with any battery electric vehicle (BEV) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), regardless of the make or model. You only need a home charging point (Mode 3 or wallbox) or a standard Schuko socket for slow charging.

If I have a social bonus and I select this promotion, will I lose it?

If you have a social bonus, you should not sign up for this tariff or this promotion, as you would lose it.

* With Endesa Energía's Recarga en Casa Tariff, for €0.8219/day you will be entitled to up to 216.99 kWh for a standard 30-day billing cycle (equivalent to a fee of €24.65). The kWh consumed in each billing cycle that exceed the amount of energy included in the allowance will be billed at the energy charge price of the 'Recarga en Casa Tariff', applying any corresponding discounts. The kWh included in the allowance for each billing cycle may not exceed 60% of the total kWh consumed in that cycle, and any excess over this 60% will be billed at the energy charge price of the 'Recarga en Casa Tariff', applying any corresponding discounts. If the 'Recarga en Casa Tariff' from Endesa Energía and a charging point from Endesa X Way are contracted together, an indefinite 30% discount will be applied to the 'Recarga en Casa Tariff' fee, along with an additional 10% discount for one year on the energy charge price of that Tariff. Please note that the kWh allowance provided may not cover the entirety of your vehicle's charging needs. The consumption data used has been prepared in accordance with the IDAE Methodology 19/05/2025, considering an approximate average consumption for an electric vehicle of 17.6 kWh per 100 km, meaning that 216.99 kWh per month would equate to 1,250 km a month or 15,000 km a year. See the remaining conditions at www.endesa.es.

By signing this new contract we inform you that, if you meet the requirements to qualify for the Bono Social discounted rate, you will not be able to qualify for it. Nor will you be able to apply for the Small Consumer Voluntary Price (PVPC) tariff.
