Then, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Leave it to cook for 10 more minutes with the residual heat given off by the ceramic hob.
When the pasta is ready, drain and pour into a deep dish.
Then add the pesto sauce and mix well. You can then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top to bring out the full flavour. Ready!
Macaroni with Bolognese sauce
Cooking time: 2 min + 10 min residual heat.
