- ‘Para Ti’ is a pioneering and free programme designed to reward customer trust and loyalty by offering savings on energy bills and benefits with partner companies as well as exclusive draws and games.
- Registered customers can save up to €100 a year through the programme. In addition, they can now take part in our spring draw, which offers over 1,000 prizes of €100 in PARA TI points.
- Moreover, new contracts come with extra discounts in the form of ‘Para Ti’ programme points: the equivalent of €100 in points for signing up for electricity, €60 for gas, or even €160 if the customer signs up for both electricity and gas.
- The programme is one of the most highly rated initiatives among Endesa customers. The programme has an average rating above 9, and 9 out of 10 customers would recommend ‘Para Ti’ to their friends and family.
Just over a year and a half since its launch, ‘Para Ti’, Endesa’s first loyalty programme, has more than one million registered customers, establishing itself as a benchmark in the energy sector. Customers rate it highly, with an average score above 9, and 9 out of 10 would recommend it to their family and friends.
With ‘Para Ti’, which was created to reward customer trust and loyalty, clients not only save on their energy costs but also benefit from advantages that go beyond their electricity and gas bills.
Our loyalty strategy: more than just energy—a high-value experience
The ‘Para Ti’ programme is Endesa’s response to the increasing competition in the energy sector and part of its commitment to putting customers at the heart of its strategy. Its approach is based on three key pillars:
- Direct savings: customers earn points and can easily redeem them for discounts on their electricity and gas bills. Just for signing up to ‘Para Ti’, customers receive a €10 welcome bonus that they can use as a discount on their bill. Plus, they can save up to €100 a year.
- Exclusive benefits: access to discounts on top brands and experiences, including Iberia, Wonderbox, Lastminute.com, Chicco, Colvin…
- Gamification and rewards: entry draws and games where customers can win numerous prizes, along with initiatives like ‘We reward your Efficiency’, where they can earn extra points by optimising their energy consumption.
‘Para Ti’ also includes the ‘Recommend and Save’ initiative, through which customers can earn unlimited rewards by inviting friends and family to sign up with Endesa: every friend who signs up earns both the recommending customer and the friend€30 in points, with no limit on invitations.
This spring, Endesa is also offering a welcome reward in PARA TI points for new customers: €100 (equivalent to 10,000 PARA TI points) for signing up for the One Luz tariff; €60 (equivalent to 6,000 points) for signing up for One Gas; and up to €160 for contracting both electricity and gas. With this tariff, customers no longer need to worry about when electricity is cheapest: they can use electricity and gas whenever they like, with no surprises on their bill. And existing customers who are already registered in the programme can now take part in our Spring draw for the opportunity to win over 1,000 prizes of €100 in PARA TI points.
A growing community
The ‘Para Ti’ programme continues to expand with the aim of benefiting Endesa’s over 7 million residential and small business customers in the deregulated market, as well as new customers who choose to sign up with the company. In just over a year, we have given away more than 15 million euros in benefits and discounts, reaffirming the company’s commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
To be part of the programme, customers simply need to sign up under the ‘Para Ti’ section of the Endesa Energía mobile app, called Endesa Clientes (available for free on the App Store and Play Store). The programme is intuitive and easy to navigate. Just by signing up, customers will receive their first points and can continue earning more simply by having contracts with Endesa and signing up for additional supplies. In short, the more contracts a customer has with Endesa, the more points they’ll earn! Another way to earn more points is by enabling digital billing .
