- Registered customers this year, the first year since the launch of Endesa's new loyalty program, have accumulated points worth over 9 million euros. Points can be earned by activating the digital bill, signing up for new services, and even by having more efficient energy consumption.
- With "Para Ti", Endesa customers can earn points and then redeem them for discounts on the bill of their choice (electricity and/or gas) but they can also enjoy other benefits with partner companies, including discounts on hotels or theme parks, and participate in raffles.
- A new addition to the program is Recommend and Save, an initiative where customers can invite their family and friends to sign up with Endesa and receive a reward of points worth 60€, shared between the customer and the friend. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of invitations, so customers can earn up to 300€ if they bring 10 friends to Endesa.
- All residential customers and small businesses with a free market contract with the company, as well as those who sign up, can join the program. The program has an average rating above 9, and 9 out of 10 customers would recommend it to their family and friends.
- The loyalty program represents a step forward in Endesa's commitment to putting the customer at the center of its strategy and offering them a wide range of products and services they need: it rewards their loyalty with Para Ti and offers personalized, free energy advice with InfoEnergía.
- Endesa is taking a step further in its commitment to customers to facilitate the transition to a more efficient and affordable energy future, positioning itself as an integrated energy solutions provider for homes while offering the most competitive market prices and stability in bills.
Endesa's first loyalty program, "Para Ti", has just completed its first year. Endesa launched its first and pioneering loyalty program to help customers save on their bills while enjoying many other exclusive benefits such as raffles and discounts from partner companies. It has been a success: over 9 million euros in benefits have been distributed, in the form of points that can be redeemed for bill discounts; and customers rate it with an average score above 9. Moreover, 9 out of 10 customers would recommend it to their family and friends.
"We have grown very fast, beyond our expectations. Customer loyalty plays a key role in commercial strategies because it's as important, if not more, to retain a customer as it is to acquire one. With 'Para Ti,' we can create a stronger bond with the customer; we're listening to them and adapting our offer to what they prefer," highlights Aida Kudsi, Director of Customer Portfolio and B2C Loyalty at Endesa.
Goal, Loyalty
"Para Ti" responds to growing competition in the energy markets and Endesa's goal of offering the best solutions for its customers every day and keeping them by its side for as long as possible, offering them what they need, what they demand most, and helping them save on their bills. With "Para Ti," customers can accumulate points and redeem them for savings on their electricity and/or gas bills in a very easy way, such as by being a customer, signing up for a new supply, achieving efficiency challenges through the "Reward Your Efficiency" initiative, recommending Endesa to a friend, keeping the digital bill active, or simply by signing up, where they receive the first welcome points. In fact, to encourage customers to join the program, Endesa offers 10€ to be redeemed on the bill for a limited time.
In general, joining the program gives access to other benefits, such as discounts from partner companies with numerous offers in entertainment, dining, and travel. For example, with Iberia, customers accumulate Avios on a recurring basis; discounts of 35% at PortAventura World; 25€ off the first online purchase at Dia.es; 15€ off the first two UberEats orders; 50% off for new FREENOW users on their first ride… Customers can also participate in various raffles, such as for double concert tickets in the VIP box at the WiZink Center.
The program has great potential, as more than 7 million residential customers and small businesses that Endesa has in the free market, as well as those who choose to sign up, can benefit. Over 700,000 customers have already chosen to join PARA TI and enjoy the advantages and benefits of the program.
How to Join?
To join the program, customers must register through the Endesa Energy mobile app, called Endesa Clientes, in the "Para Ti" section (available for free on the App Store and Play Store). It is a very intuitive and easy-to-navigate program, and by registering, customers immediately receive their first points, which continue to accumulate through having contracts with Endesa and signing up for new services. In other words, the more contracts the customer has with Endesa, the more points they earn. Another way to earn more is by having the digital bill activated.
