New Endesa Video Support Service

We are always looking for new ways to connect with you to improve your experience with us. We are implementing a new video service in some Endesa offices and service points. You can visit us and talk to use without leaving the house.

What is video support?

It is a new initiative by Endesa to help you through a video call to one of our colleagues.

You will be able to resolve any query or procedure directlywith the help of someone who will be entirely at your disposal. Namely: as if you had come to one of our offices but without leaving the house.

Our video support service is that easy. After requesting your appointment, we will send you the date and time you have chosen to make a video call.

 

How to make an appointment for video support with Endesa?

There is an explanatory video to show you how easy it is to contact us for video support.

If you prefer, just below the video you will see a written explanation of video support step-by-step. 

  1. Log in to our Endesa office finder and enter your location. 
  2. Tick the box "Only view offices with video support". You will see that now only those offices appear where you can request an appointment for a video call.
  3. Select the one closest to your home. Then you will be able to enjoy even more personalised support. 
  4. Click on "Request Video Support".

Now you will be redirected to an Endesa Online Appointment form. This is when you can book an appointment for the time and day that suits you best.

 

Endesa Online Appointment Service Form

Filling out the form is a simple, fast process in just three steps:

  1. First, under the Services tab, open the drop-down menu and select the service that best suits your requirements. Then click on "Continue".
  2. In the next window of the form choose the date and time that best suits you within the available options. Then click on "Continue" again.
  3. The third step on the form is to fill in your contact details. Pay special attention to the phone number and e-mail address so you can receive confirmation of the appointment. Click on "Continue" again and the appointment is booked. 

 

How does video support work?

The video support service is really easy. After requesting your appointment, we will send you the date and time you have chosen to make a video call by Microsoft Teams.

It is free and very secure, for those two reasons it is why Endesa prefers to use this tool for video calls with our customers.

You do not need to create an account to use this application. When the day arrives, select the "Connect as a guest" option.

If you are using a mobile phone or a tablet you will need to download the app for Android or Apple.

If you are using a computer you have two options:

  • You can install the Microsoft Teams programme via the following link.
  • Make the video call using an internet browser (Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla, etc.) 

Always remember that you will need to give permission for the camera, speakers and microphone, either in the app, the programme or on your browser.

Our aim is to be able to see you, hear you and talk to you to make everything easier for you.

You will now be redirected to the Endesa Online Appointment form. This is when you can book an appointment for the time and day that suits you best. 

 

When the day arrives for the video call with Endesa, how do I make the connection?

After filling out the form to request a vide support appointment you will receive confirmation of the appointment by e-mail and this will include information on the day and the time and a link to connect.

When the day and time you chose arrives, click on the "Click here to join the meeting" link and we will be waiting for you.

Although you always have the option to sign in and create an account, you can also join as a Guest.

  • If you connect from a mobile phone or a tablet, the Microsoft Teams app will open. Click on "Start now".
  • If you are connecting by computer, a new tab will open on your browser where you will need to select whether to open the Microsoft Teams app (if you have already installed it) or continue with this browser. Select the option you prefer and then click on "Start now".
