What is the Consumer Arbitration System?
The Consumer Arbitration System is a public service to resolve conflicts between consumers and companies voluntarily, free of charge, quickly and without having to resort to the ordinary courts.
The claims that can be resolved through the Consumer Arbitration System are:
- Claims about the contracting, billing, collection and / or customer service of the retailer.
- Complaints previously submitted to Endesa Energía's customer service and that have not received a response within 1 month (or a response that has not satisfied the customer's expectations).
