- The Endesa Foundation and LQDVI Foundation are providing this training through BYG Online, a digital platform with content and resources for young people who want to improve their career prospects.
- This platform is part of the BYG_Give Your Best programme launched by both Foundations in 2018 to help train young people in skills focusing on three areas: job training, values and "business learning" (learning entrepreneurship).
Guidelines for interviews, first jobs, personal branding and training in values are among the contents available on the BYG_Give Your Best job training programme ( www.giveyourbest.es).
The programme was set up in 2018 by the Endesa Foundation and the Lo Que De Verdad Importa (LQVI) Foundation, with support and guidance from employment consultancy Jobientation, to better prepare youngsters for the world of work. Last year it was enhanced by the launch of a digital platform to streamline access to its free, interactive contents.
BYG Online provides young people with a wide range of resources and professional content that helps them enter the job market, adding values like effort, integrity, perseverance and self-improvement.
Users can also learn from real stories of success and achievement, career changes and different sectors and functional areas of companies from workers, trainers and speakers who will share their training, experience and top tips.
Young people who register on the platform are invited to follow a path to earn pointsthat unlock exclusive content and incentives related to vocational training.
BYG online has new content every week and young people can join the platform by registering on the site through a simple process.
In addition to the platform, BYG Give Your Best has a face-to-face programme called BYG On Campus with space for 60 pre-selected university students. The one-week annual programme is held every summer.
