If you have a breakdown, the first thing you need to know is if it is in your installation or in the network.
If the neighbours have electricity/gas, the problem will probably be with your installation: Get in touch with a specialised technician. If you have contracted the 360 Plus Maintenance service or the Full Gas Maintenance service, you are fortunate: It is covered.
But if the problem is in the electricity network, you need to contact your distribution company. It will be different depending on where you live. Use our fault and power cut finder to be certain.
