To start using the Single Profile and simplify your life you don't need to register again*. You just need to accept the conditions that will appear when you access the Endesa Customer Area.
*If you already use the JuicePass App to charge your electric car, you should use your JuicePass username and password to log into the Customer Area on the Endesa website and on the mobile App.
And what if you have several different profiles with Endesa, with different emails and passwords? No problem.
However many profiles you have, once you accept the Single Profile conditions the system will detect your situation and we'll help you to combine them. Your life will be easier - we'll take care of everything and keep you informed by email.
Combining your profiles doesn't mean giving anything up. If you need other people to access your Customer Area to see your contracts and bills or do online operations, you can authorise other people to use your Endesa Customer Area.
