Average time taken to make payments to suppliers:
The entry into force of Law 31/2014, of 3 December, which amends Law 15/2010, of 5 July, which in turn amended Law 3/2004, of 29 December, which establishes measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions, establishes the obligation for commercial companies to expressly publish the average time it takes to make payments to suppliers on their website and in the report on their financial statements.
With regard to this reporting obligation, since 31 December 2016, the average time taken to make payments to suppliers has been 34 days.
