Endesa Ingeniería Services
We provide a comprehensive analysis and testing service for the predictive maintenance of power transformers and wind generators, with a view to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of electrical infrastructures.
Within Endesa Ingeniería, the chemical laboratory is defined as a support unit for the preventive maintenance and product approval departments. Our services include dielectric, lubricant and hydraulic fluid analysis, incident forensics, tests for certification and the design of specifications for product quality control.
Our activities focus on the predictive maintenance of power transformers and the predictive maintenance of wind turbines within the framework of the generation, transport and distribution of electricity. Predictive maintenance is a key component in the management of electrical infrastructures. The possibility of obtaining information about the machine and the changes that occur in it without interrupting the service, both in a short period of time and at a low cost, make fluid analysis one of the most prominent techniques in the monitoring of electrical machines.
As we are aware that progress involves adaptation and a competitive advantage can only be achieved through a commitment to knowledge, the Chemical Laboratory has been established as one of the company's strategic values when it comes to addressing market needs.

- Quality and environmental policy
- Environmental performance:
In 2021, the number of analysis reports increased by 38% as a result of the campaign for PCB analysis by some of our customers. Despite this increase, the laboratory decreased the consumption of acetone by 4.2% and of paper by 26%, which means that good practices in the Laboratory were implemented by all personnel.
The continuous improvement of analytical services and diagnostic techniques has led to an increase in technical knowledge and expertise in a process that has academic research centres as the driving force for development. As a result of this process, Endesa Ingeniería maintains a collaboration agreement with the Centre for Research, Technology and Innovation of the University of Seville, providing a joint offer that exceeds the expectations of a conventional laboratory and allows the development of R+D+i projects responding to problems related to dielectric fluids.
