Get your bills by email
During the state of alarm, postal services will be restricted. You can save the postman having to deliver your bill to your letter box. Endesa's digital bill will arrive promptly by email.
When you activate digital billing (if you haven't done so yet), the post office won’t have to deliver your bill and can focus on more important matters. It’s no sacrifice. Quite the contrary. You’ll have more information than before, and sooner.
Track you energy use, all the time
Even if you spend more time at home, you don't have to worry about your electricity bill. You will use energy differently, but you can track your consumption hour by hour and day by day in your Endesa Customer Area.
When you have detailed information about how you consume energy, you can make smart decisions that will help you while you are confined to home.
No need to go to the bank
If you don't pay your bills by direct debit, now is a good time to start. That way, you won’t need to go to the bank. Remember: #stayathome.
You can set up a direct debit to pay your bills in the Contracts section of your Client Area, without leaving the house.
