Power up your business with energy

It consists of combining an energy supply contract for at least two years with an Integrated Offer contract for the supply and installation of at least one charging point, allowing you to benefit from an exclusive discount level on your electricity supply tariff with the Open product. The electricity supply contract has a minimum term of twelve months. Endesa Energía undertakes to maintain its offer for 24 months. Should the contract be terminated before the 24 months, the Premium Service bonus of the Integrated Offer may be reclaimed. 11‑month financing available.

The additional discount of €1,000 per year, obtained through the exclusive discount of this offer, is calculated for a standard customer with an annual electricity consumption of 70,000 kWh and a contracted power above 50 kW under the 3.0TD tariff.

• Have a supply point with a 3.0TD or 6.1TD tariff that is not a specific electric vehicle tariff (3.0TDVE or 6.1TDVE).
• Be a sole trader (autónomo) or a company.
• New customers.

It is available to companies with 2.0TD, 3.0TD and 6.1TD access tariffs. It offers different modalities tailored to your business needs to maximise savings, applying the highest discount during the hours when your consumption is greatest—the so‑called "OPEN hours".

• Open Business Weekday: best price from 08:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday, except national holidays.
• Open Business Flat: fixed price 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Open Business Day: most economical price from 08:00 to 00:00, every day of the week, all year round.
• Open Business Night: you pay less from 00:00 to 08:00, every day of the week, all year round.
• Open Business Weekend: lowest price on Saturdays, Sundays and non‑substitutable national holidays, 24 hours.

For the 6.1TD access tariff, the same schedules apply as for 3.0TD except for the following option:

• Open Business Night: you pay less from 00:00 to 08:00, Monday to Friday, and from 00:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

Outside these hours—when your consumption is lower or residual—the "Non‑OPEN" price applies. The Flat modality is the exception, as all hours are "OPEN hours". If you are not satisfied with the chosen modality, you can change it once a month free of charge without altering your commitment period.

The service includes the supply and installation of a Waybox 7.4 kW single‑phase unit, including up to 30 metres of cabling from the CGBT through existing conduits, as well as legalisation in accordance with ITC BT‑52. If requirements differ from the defined unit due to customer needs or technical criteria, the charging point may differ from the one described and, in such case, the quotation may vary, while the exclusive offer will be maintained for the electricity contract as in the Premium Integrated Offer Service.

Offer prices are discounted and exclude taxes. Electricity Tax (electricity – 5.11269632%) and, on the resulting amount, indirect taxes are applied: VAT (21%) in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands; IGIC in the Canary Islands (0% for household consumption with contracted power less than or equal to 10 kW; otherwise 3%); and IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla (1%).

Changes in applicable regulated components, as well as any new ones that may arise, will be passed on to the customer, both upwards and downwards. Prices may be updated on 1 January each year by the value of the actual CPI (the latest officially published national general interannual Consumer Price Index at the time of the update).

In an electricity supply contract, green energy is an electronic label or accreditation that ensures the consumption associated with your supply point has been produced from renewable sources or high‑efficiency cogeneration. Electricity labelling is based on the Guarantees of Origin (GdOs) system, which is the only instrument that ensures the publicity and ongoing management and updating of ownership and control of the guarantees of origin.

By choosing green energy, you help to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable energy system.

The National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC) is responsible for this system and for issuing and managing the guarantees of origin generated. To certify whether the energy consumed by your installation is 100% from renewable sources, you must visit the CNMC website where you can download your certificate. You will need your CUPS code, and the energy to be certified will always correspond to the previous year (not the current one). This certificate can be used to demonstrate your commitment to the environment and your support for the generation of clean, sustainable energy, as well as to meet requirements for possible certifications or public tenders.

Contracting green energy for your electricity supply entails an additional cost to incentivise renewable generation, but your consumption brings greater social, environmental and economic benefits for your company.
