Endesa's professionals are committed to promoting and developing our company's own voice and we do so through La cara e. The aim is to share knowledge, provide useful information for all those looking to make informed decisions with regard to energy and simply to provide them with keys to what interests them.

How La cara e came about
This new digital product, which inaugurates a new way of relating to society through expert knowledge, was created as a result of collaborative work methodologies involving experts in SEO, analytics and content. They all worked together to make small contributions with regard to value in short periods of time. Those small enabled the platform to be built up from its foundations to the delivery of a minimum viable product or MVP. That product has already been published, and is continuously being tested, assessed and improved.
How we work in La cara e
One of the keys to product growth is constant listening: We monitor the questions users ask in digital environments and how they ask them. We also pay close attention to the topics of conversation on social networks, which issues are causing the most concern and which are shared the most.
