How to contract a supply for a new home or premises?

1. Get help from our advisor
Find the perfect rate for you with our advisor. You just have to enter your needs, consumption habits and preferences and we will make you a proposal that suits you.
2. If you have chosen your rate: contract online
Once you have chosen the rate that best suits your consumption, click on “Sign up” to start the contracting process.
This will bring up the personal data form that we use to register any supply.
If you are already an Endesa customer we can fill out the form with your data in the first step so you won't have to write it out again. This way it will be easier to carry out the contracting process.

3. Supply Data
We will need some more data to know where you want to register the supply and to be able to process everything. You will have to provide us with:
- Your personal data and supply address or, failing that, the CUPS.
- Name of your current provider.
- The power rating you need, as well as indicating if you want time-of-use rates.
- You might need to provide some further documentation before signing the contract. Here’s a help document regarding the information that you will have to provide depending on the product and your location.
- To have your bills paid by direct debit, enter your payment details, account number (20 digits), the IBAN or BIC number (if you are not Spanish), and all other required information.
If you are not the account holder, you also need to provide us with:
- Electricity or gas contract number.
- Name of the bank where direct debit payment for the electricity or gas contract will be made.
- The first four digits of your bank account.
How much does it cost to register a new supply connection?
- Connecting the electricity or gas has associated costs that are set out in Royal Decree 1995/2000, of 1 December and in Royal Decree 1434/2002, of 14 December.
These costs are basically due to:
In the case of electricity:
- Access rights.
- Extension rights.
- Connection rights.
- Verification fees.
- Security deposit.
In case of gas:
- Connection rights.
- Registration rights.
- Security deposit.

How long does it take to register a new electricity connection?
- The period for registering an electricity connection is not always the same, but depends on the location and the installation.
- The usual period for an electricity connection is 5 to 7 business days, however, this period may change due to exceptional circumstances or due to the nature of the installation.
