Endesa share

On December 31, 2025, Endesa S.A had a share capital of 1,270,502,540.40 euro  fully subscribed and paid up. This total has not changed over the past ten years and comprises 1,058,752,117 shares, each with a nominal value of 1.20 euro, all of the same class and carrying the same voting and dividend rights.

The shares are represented by book entries and registered in the central registry of Iberclear, the entity in charge of the accounting recording of shares and the clearing and settlement of shares admitted for trading on the Spanish Stock Exchanges.
