Activate digital billing from the Endesa Clientes app

It is very easy to activate digital billing. Just go to the Home screen and click "Manage digital billing" in the "Other options" section. Choose the supply you want digital billing for and click "Next" to activate or deactivate it.

The screen displays the email address the digital bills will be sent to. Go to your Profile if you want to change this address.

You need to save your selection for the changes to be applied.

You can also manage your digital bills from the "Your supplies" section on the Home screen. Go to "See details" for the supply you are interested in and click on the "Administration" menu where you can access "Manage your digital bill".

If you ever want to go back to receiving paper bills, we'll ask you for the address you want us to send them.
