Endesa's commercial offices reopen after temporary closure
You can now request an appointment for our offices and service points. After the temporary closure due to the COVID-19 state of alarm, the ‘new normality’ has come. We are still with you.
As of May 11, the reopening of Endesa commercial offices and service points began. Both the customer service hours and the procedures you can carry out will be the same as usual, but now with all the required safety and hygiene measures.
When will Endesa offices and service points open?
The vast majority of Endesa offices and service points have reopened their doors since May 11, although some remain closed to adapt to new hygiene and safety protocols.
