Residential customers will not be cut off

Some Endesa gas customers have recently received messages warning that them that they will be cut off. This is an unfortunate error: no residential customer will be cut off for non-payment of bills during the state of alarm and after its conclusion there will be no cuts before September 30, 2020.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that these notices have caused. Our top priority during the health crisis is and has always been to provide our customers with high-quality services.
