How to search for an invoice on the Endesa Clientes App
If you have not received your invoices within the stipulated period and would like to make a query, go to the "Advice" section in the main menu. Click on the "We would like to help you" section where you can choose one of the different queries and view the status of your requests.
Then we will ask you what issue you need our help on, and to make a query about your invoices click on "About your bill".
Choose the "I have not received my invoice on time" option and select the contract about which you wish to make a query. If you need to attach a document of any type you can do this in the next step, you can also add any additional data you need so we can help you with your query.
Finally, review the data for your current contract and make sure everything is correct. Once you have submitted your request, we will contact you as soon as possible.
