Problems with your digital invoice
You can open a query from the "Advice" section in the main menu, by clicking on the "We would like to help you" section where you can open a number of queries and see the status of your requests.
To help us troubleshoot issues when activating digital invoicing, click on "About your bill". Choose the following option "I have activated Digital Invoicing but it still comes by post". Select the contract for which you have activated Digital Invoicing.
We will then ask you to do a quick check before continuing: Check that you have activated Digital Invoicing correctly and that the contact e-mail has been updated. If this does not solve the problem, you can click "No, continue".
You can then add any additional information you need so we can help you with your problem. Finally, check that all the data are correct and once you have submitted your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to help you.
