How to view on the Endesa Clientes app?
If you need to view something with regard to your contracts or invoices you can contact us from the "Advice" section in the main menu.
Click on the "We would like to help you" section where you can choose one of the different queries and view the status of your requests. In the next step you need to indicate on which issue you need our help, if you would like to make a query about your invoices click on "About your bill" and choose the option that best responds to your question.
Then select the contract about which you have a query and we will ask you to specify one of the following options.
Finally, review the data for your current contract and make sure everything is correct. Once you have submitted your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to help you.
