Resolve doubts about your invoices on the Endesa Clientes App
If you need to contact us so that we can resolve any doubts you may have about your invoices, this can be done quickly and easily in the "Advice" section in the main menu. Go to the "We would like to help you" section where you can open your query and view the status of your requests.
To make a query about your invoices click on "About your bill". Choose the "I have doubts about my invoice" option and select the contract about which you wish to make a query.
We will then ask you to provide us with detailed information about your query so we can solve your problem more easily.
Finally, check all the information provided carefully before submitting your request. Once you have sent it, we will contact you as soon as possible to answer your query.
