- The agreement has been signed with FEDA (Forces Elèctriques d’Andorra), the public company responsible for electricity import, generation, distribution, and commercialisation in the Principality of Andorra. FEDA has been a client of Endesa since the liberalisation of the Spanish electricity market in 1998.
- The new contract expands on the previous one and includes a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) that will cover 30% of FEDA’s electricity consumption with green energy starting in 2028.
- Endesa thus strengthens its commitment to PPAs as a key tool to mitigate risks and provide long-term price stability.

Today, Endesa and FEDA (Forces Elèctriques d’Andorra), the public company responsible for electricity import, generation, distribution, and commercialisation in the Principality of Andorra have signed a renewal of their electricity supply agreement, which covers half of Andorra la Vella’s total electricity consumption.
The new contract includes a long-term energy supply agreement that will provide 30% of FEDA’s energy consumption through a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) with certified renewable energy (Guarantees of Origin). The agreement will take effect in 2028, continuing FEDA’s long-standing commitment to renewable energy.
For the remaining 70%, the electricity supply contract includes tailored advisory services from Endesa, offering proactive management to optimise energy costs. Endesa thus reinforces its commitment to providing personalised services that support its clients’ diversification and energy sourcing strategies.
The new partnership will enable FEDA to ensure price stability for end consumers in Andorra while solidifying Endesa’s role as its key energy partner, in line with both companies’ strategies toward decarbonisation and renewable energy adoption.

This agreement, combined with energy market advisory services, helps consolidate Endesa’s 25-year relationship with FEDA through a new contract that reaffirms both entities’ commitment to sustainability.
