The new “Refer a friend” initiative replaces the previous “Recommend and Save” scheme and increases the reward from €30 to €50 for both parties: the person making the referral and the new customer. Each customer can earn up to €500 in Para Ti points by referring a maximum of 10 friends.
Endesa’s loyalty programme has distributed €48 million among customers and has accumulated more than 2 million entries in prize draws and gamification activities, as well as benefits with more than 50 partner companies.
Endesa aims to be the benchmark for its customers’ households, where they can find everything they need for their homes: advice on all their energy consumption; the best telecommunications services thanks to the agreement with MasOrange; and, of course, rewards for their loyalty through the Para Ti programme.
Endesa is reinforcing its loyalty programme Para Ti with “Refer a friend”, a new evolution of its customer referral initiative that improves the financial reward, broadens its commercial compatibility, and seeks to continue driving direct bill savings and the acquisition of new users.
The new initiative replaces the previous “Recommend and Save” scheme, which offered €30 both to the customer making the recommendation and to the new customer who signed up, and now moves to a value proposition of €50 in “Para Ti” points for both.
With this change, Endesa takes a further step in one of the activities best aligned with the logic of the “Para Ti” programme: rewarding customers for their relationship with the company and turning that connection into tangible savings. Each customer can refer up to 10 friends with personal benefits, representing a maximum accumulated total of €500 in points.
This reinforcement also comes after the programme’s latest promotion, in which Endesa tripled “Para Ti” points and distributed more than €2 million among its customers, consolidating a line of work aimed at continuing to return value in a direct and recurring way.
The general operation of “Refer a friend” is based on a simple system: an existing customer recommends another person to sign up for an electricity supply, gas supply, or both. Once the contract is validated, both receive the corresponding financial benefit (with a limit of 10 rewarded referrals for the person making the invitation).
“Refer a friend” is available within the Endesa Clientes App, in the “Para Ti” section, which has already distributed €48 million among its customers since its launch just over two years ago. This is complemented by more than 2 million entries in prize draws and gamification activities, as well as a network of more than 50 partner companies, expanding the value of the programme beyond energy.
“Para Ti”, with more than 2.5 million registered customers, is a highly valued programme (with an average rating above 9) and is also highly recommended: 9 out of 10 users are willing to recommend it. The programme allows users to accumulate points through actions such as activating digital billing, signing up for new supplies, completing efficiency challenges, or recommending Endesa to friends. These points can be redeemed for bill savings and unique experiences.
With “Para Ti”, Endesa continues to consolidate a loyalty proposition focused on bill savings, access to benefits with partner brands, and participation in prize draws, games, and specific promotions, with a model that seeks to strengthen the customer relationship through a logic of utility and direct benefit. As already highlighted in previous programme announcements, “Para Ti” is based on direct bill discounts, benefits with partner companies, and promotional activities linked to usage and an ongoing relationship with the company.
